African Women in Leadership, Leading in the Digital Age (AWIL) will be held on October 16th - 17th 2023, in London, with the Working Group on the 18th of October 2023
We are bring together a community of 250 business leaders, social developement leaders and would be users, that is everyone else, alongside individuals at the forefront of the emerging digital technologise driving the economies of the future.
Our event presents an opportunity to explore the pertinent skills and competencies vital for participation in the emerging economies and promote how women are driving change and innovation. It represents a unique moment to foster dialogue, create momentum and initiate 4 to 5 key challenges around which attendees can foster local and international cooperation and inclusive engagement, leading to outcomes to be reported at the Annual Women in Leadership, Leading in the Digital Age event, 16th - 17th February 2024.

How do we remain relevant in the Digital Age?
We are bringing together 250 individuals at the forefront of these digital technology developments together with would be users, that is everyone else. The annual event focuses on a broader spectrum of women in leadership, technology and innovation from around the world.
We will explore major themes such as the essential skills and competencies pertinent for different types of businesses, how to acquire these skills and “the juxtaposition of the human skills and digital skills” for effective application and business performance.
We will have international panellist sessions, keynote speakers and project group leaders who will report on the projects started in October 2023 at the African Women in Leadership, Leading in the Digital Age (AWIL) Conference.
