OLDL™: We live in a fast-paced knowledge world and the ability to create, manage and process knowledge to develop new products and services is central to innovation and understanding customers and markets for competitive advantage. The Organisational-Learning-Digital-Learning (OLDL™) model is a reframing learning process model designed as an interconnected framework to help organisations identify the relationship between their learning objectives, applications of learning and adoption of supporting digital technologies, applications and processes for successful impact.
OLDL™ provides guidelines for managing the relationships and outcomes of learning for the organisation, teams and individuals. Our objective is to support your business in embedding learning that leads to standardising excellence and improving employee, and ultimately your organisation’s performance. OLDL™ is applied from 2-perspectives: (a) Learning Adoption best practice and (b) Learning Optimisation – building value from existing/new learning to improved performance.
OLDL™ For Learning Adoption: For Adoption, we apply the OLDL™ model and review the learning objectives and processes required at the various levels of the organisation, understand required learning activities, processes, technologies and approaches necessary for effective adoption.
Contact us for further information about how we can assist your organisation to achieve efficient learning through our OLDL™ Adoption model.
OLDL- People™: Our OLDL-People™ model is applied at the Optimisation Phase of customer digital learning deployments. By applying our OLDL-People™ model we are able to map out and align the learning needs and learning journeys at the various levels of the organisation (organisation-wide, group, team and individual levels), depending on where you want to focus. Through tested models, we then define and match the best learning processes, applications and technologies to deliver the best performance outcomes for our customers.
We deliver the OLDL-People™ model in two ways, by (a) applying it during a consultancy work we do for organisations, and (b) by supporting your human resource or organisational development department in applying the model to build and support internal learning initiatives.
Through this process we will map and align the learning needs and learning journeys at the various levels of the organisation (organisation-wide, group, team and individual levels), depending on where you want to focus. Through tested models, we then define and match the best learning processes, applications and technologies to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.
We deliver the OLDL-People model in one of two ways, by (a) applying it during a consultancy piece of work we do for your organisation, or (b) we support your HR/Organisational Development departments in applying the model to build and support internal learning initiatives.
