Managing Change

Change exists in organisations in a number of ways, whether it is down to a merger and acquisition, organisational expansion, new strategy or introduction of new products and services.  What is common is it introduces uncertainty during the period of handover between the old and new.  Most organisations seek to minimise the disruption by ensuring employees affected are provided with adequate information about the changes occurring and by equipping them to operate under the new structures.

Training and education are a fundamental part of the process, whether it is in addressing cultural anomalies, new working practices that emerge from restructuring processes, enforcing new cultural practices, introducing new ways of working or ensuring existing practices such as ensuring regulatory requirements are adhered to by all.

How are you using e-Learning and M-Learning to support your organisational change initiatives?

How can The Learning Nuggets Company assist?:

We have experience in working with clients to develop learning solutions that support change initiatives.  For example, the introduction of a change portal for an international telecommunications company that acted as a central source of information for employees for all change activities and learning.  Also in the areas of new product and service introductions where employees were provided learning material identifying key features and functions of the product/service, its application and support and benefits.  For quick reference guides, knowledge nuggets were also developed to provide 'snapshot information'.  Through our Mentored Action Learning programme we also support clients with both leadership and line management courses in all key management areas.
