The Learning Nuggets Company (LNC) is passionate about helping individuals acquire the skills and competences they need to participate and make a contribution in the area of work. We believe education provides an important foundation, the necessary building blocks and tools, and helps to instill the confidence each of us needs to make our mark in the workplace.

 LNC provides an end-to-end learning environment for access, content and e-Learning support services using affordable technology. Our philosophy is to adopt reusable technologies to enable us to deliver lower cost infrastructure.

 We are avid promoters of the use of technology in education and learning and engage with learners in both urban and rural communities in sub-Sahara Africa. Our Service Applications Aggregated Platform (SAAP) environment is our underlying end-to-end managed and hosted e-Learning environment that enables us to deliver to our customers:

• Access: to enable learners to access learning content through online technologies such as the PC, Internet Access Devices, whiles on-the-move using Mobility Solutions e.g. Mobile Phones, PDA's and WiFi Access Devices. We also provide distance learning solutions such as DVDs.
• Managed Hosted Learning Content such as vocational, academic and management learning content developed both locally and internationally.
• Consultancy Support Services: such as e-Facilitation, eTutoring and Learner Competency Skills Profiling to help our clients in assessing and managing their learning needs.

Our focus is also in providing market specific content and high quality support services to our customers.  Our vision is to work in support of governments, corporates and individuals in building content for core competences and skills relevant for their markets in-country and pan-African.  Through our Sponsorship programmes we also work with organisations to deliver their sustainability strategies and processes for learning and development.
